Private Initiatives
Public Private Partnerships (PPP) are classified as Self-Financed and Co-Financed according to their nature, and will be governed based on the Private Initiatives Management Directive (Directive N° 004-2019 PROINVERSIÓN).
Ante cualquier insatisfacción o disconformidad respecto de la atención brindada, usted podrá presentar su queja en el Libro de Reclamaciones virtual, el cual estará a su disposición en virtud a lo establecido en el Decreto Supremo Nº 042-2011-PCM
