IPAs are proposals that the private sector may present to the State at any time for the development of PPP projects in public infrastructure, public services, services related to public infrastructure and public services, applied research and/or technological innovation.

PROINVERSIÓN is the competent OPIP for IPAs at the national level and for entities authorized by law.
