The presentation of projects to be financed totally or partially by the National Government is carried out at the moment, during the term and the matters determined by means of a Supreme Decree signed by the Ministers of the requesting ministries and the Minister of Economy and Finance.

For the presentation of the IPC of jurisdiction of the Regional Government and/or Local Government, the provisions of Article 104 of the Regulations of Legislative Decree No. 1362 must be taken into account.

For the presentation of the IPCs pursuant to Supreme Decree in force, the interested parties must take the following information into account:

Para la presentación de las IPC en el marco del Decreto Supremo vigente, los interesados deberán presentar la siguiente información:

(*) Directiva aprobada mediante Acuerdo  CD PROINVERSIÓN N°93-1-2019-CD
(*) Flujograma para las IPCs.

Para la presentación de IPC de competencia del Gobierno Regional y/o Gobierno Local, se deberá tener en cuenta lo señalado en el artículo 104 del Reglamento del Decreto Legislativo N° 1362.
