Circulation Activities
- Coordination with private companies, both individually and through consortiums.
- Coordinates and facilitates meetings between private companies willing to finance a project and public entities willing to execute a project in order to meet a need of the population
Technical Assistance
- Provides technical assistance to Public Entities on the application of the mechanism.
- Provides advice to Private Companies on the application of the mechanism.
- Advice during the entire process
