LAMBAYEQUE: GORE WILL INVEST S/ 1.4 MILLION FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE MÓRROPE - TÚCUME ROAD

Chiclayo, December 18, 2023.- With an investment of 1.4 million soles, the Regional Government of Lambayeque is carrying out periodic maintenance works on the Mórrope - Túcume road for 6.55 kilometers.
Thus, the Regional Government of Lambayeque, through the Transport and Communications Management, is carrying out these important works on this departmental road.

The regional governor, Jorge Pérez Flores, arrived in the area to supervise the laying of hot asphalt, accompanied by the regional manager of Transport and the executive director of Roads.

A pool of machinery is involved in the periodic maintenance of the Mórrope, Casa Colorada, Positos, Granja Sasape and Puente El Pavo departmental roads.

Likewise, this road maintenance will generate a greater commercial exchange through which the locals will be able to market their agricultural products grown in their fertile fields.

According to the technical file, 1,700 square meters of road will be patched and 62,880 m2 of hot asphalt will be laid, with an investment of 1.4 million soles.
