Technical assistance activities on the above-mentioned topics totaled 689 and included responding to inquiries and holding meetings at the national level for the benefit of 202 public entities: ministries, regional governments, and local governments.

During the second day of the PPP America 2025 forum, the most important PPP event in Latin America held in Lima, PROINVERSIÓN presented its detailed portfolio worth US$70 billion, which includes the signing of addenda to 11 existing concessions.
Del Carpio highlighted the awarding of mega-projects such as the Peripheral Ring Road (US$ 3.396 million), a modern highway that will significantly reduce travel times in Lima and Callao. "This project will give people more time to spend with their families; currently, millions of citizens lose between three and four hours a day on public transportation. It is unacceptable, and as a society we must not allow it," he said in an interview with Radio Nacional.
The plots of land are located in various regions of the country and is suitable for projects in sectors such as renewable energy, tourism and recreation, commerce, logistics, real estate development, sports complexes, and agriculture, among others.
In the first quarter of 2025, public entities (ministries, regional governments, local governments, and public universities) awarded 64 investments worth S/ 387 million. The amount awarded is 133% more than in the first quarter of 2024 (S/ 166 million).
