Before the end of 2024, the Private Investment Promotion Agency - PROINVERSIÓN plans to declare of interest four unsolicited proposals that will represent an estimated investment of US$ 527 million for high impact sectors such as sanitation and education to be developed in Lima, Cajamarca, Ica and San Martín.

The social project will be built through the Works for Taxes (OxI) mechanism with an estimated investment of S/ 921 million, in an area of 7 500 square meters and the infrastructure will have 11 floors and six (6) basements; it will have the conditions for differentiated oncological care for children and adolescents, fully equipped and with modern hospital technology.
Consortium formed by WIN Empresas S.A.C. and Soluciones Alimenticias S.A.C., winners of the award of the project for the "Improvement and Expansion of Hospital Health Services care in Víctor Ramos Guardia - Huaraz" for an estimated investment of S/ 1 099 million, is the largest amount prioritized through the mechanism of Works for Taxes (OxI) in the history of the country.
