Both terminals are included in the Third Group of Airports, which aims to increase air connectivity in the regions of Áncash, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huánuco, Junín, Loreto, Moquegua, and San Martín, benefiting 3.6 million passengers per year.
With technical assistance from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, through PROINVERSIÓN, the Ministry of Housing, Construction, and Sanitation awarded the Pucusana water and sanitation project, which will benefit 68,000 people.
PROINVERSIÓN held working meetings with private investors to submit the portfolio of projects in the sanitation, transport, energy, education, health, tourism, and real estate sectors, among others.
The head of PROINVERSIÓN is part of the Peruvian delegation participating in the XVIII Roadshow Europe 2025, which seeks to promote projects in transportation, energy, sanitation, education, health, tourism, real estate, among others.
This project will ensure the availability and continuous access to drinking water for more than 1.2 million Lima residents who do not have service or have discontinuous service, through the execution of drinking water treatment, conduction and storage works for delivery to SEDAPAL and subsequent distribution to the population.
Mario Hernández, director of the Special Projects Division of PROINVERSIÓN, commented that these initiatives seek to value the cultural and natural heritage of the country, decentralize tourism and stimulate local economies. The regional cable cars are located in Cusco, Apurímac, Áncash, Apurímac, Moquegua and Puno.
The Private Investment Promotion Agency and the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights presented an investment portfolio of 36 projects that could be financed and executed through the Works for Taxes (OxI) modality, with an investment exceeding S/ 2,646 million and that will directly impact the community, providing greater security and improving the quality of life of citizens.
Technical assistance activities on the above-mentioned topics totaled 689 and included responding to inquiries and holding meetings at the national level for the benefit of 202 public entities: ministries, regional governments, and local governments.
