Opportunities in IPC
The presentation of projects to be financed totally or partially by the National Government is carried out at the moment, during the term and the matters determined by means of a Supreme Decree signed by the Ministers of the requesting ministries and the Minister of Economy and Finance.
For the presentation of the IPCs pursuant to Supreme Decree in force, the interested parties must take the following information into account
- Reference model for the determination of Total Investment Cost (Updated)
- Minimum requirements for the development of IPC (Regulations of Legislative Decree N° 1362)
- Directive for Unsolicited Proposal Managment (Directive N° 004-2019-PROINVERSIÓN) *

For the presentation of the IPC of jurisdiction of the Regional Government and/or Local Government, the provisions of Section 104 of the Regulations of Legislative Decree No. 1362 must be taken into account.
