IPAs are proposals that the private sector may present to the State at any time for the development of PPP projects in public infrastructure, public services, services related to public infrastructure and public services, applied research and/or technological innovation. PROINVERSIÓN is the competent OPIP for IPAs at the national level and for entities authorized by law.
For the presentation of IPAs, pursuant to the Supreme Decree in force, interested parties must take the following information into account:

The presentation of projects to be financed totally or partially by the National Government is carried out at the moment, during the term and the matters determined by means of a Supreme Decree signed by the Ministers of the requesting ministries and the Minister of Economy and Finance.
For the presentation of the IPCs pursuant to Supreme Decree in force, the interested parties must take the following information into account

- Minimum requirements for the development of IPC (Regulations of Legislative Decree N° 1362)
- Directive for Unsolicited Proposal Managment (Directive N° 004-2019-PROINVERSIÓN) *
